IT deals: Salesforce, HCL Technologies, nCino, ARRIS

Salesforce announced that Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance has selected Salesforce to unify customer touchpoint across its corporate and sales, call centers, insurance agencies and marketing divisions onto a single CRM platform.

HCL Technologies

Avon Products announced that HCL Technologies will serve as the company’s infrastructure services partner. HCL will help Avon to overhaul its IT infrastructure services and support systems for improving the quality, scope, and efficiency of Avon’s service-management activities, including its data centres, network, security, and end-user computing services as well as its service desk.


nCino announced that Ohio-based Westfield Bank has selected nCino’s Bank Operating System to automate and streamline its banking processes.

Campus Management

Campus Management announced its tech deal with Del Mar College to support the growing need for a highly skilled workforce in the Gulf Coast Region of Texas, and to ensure greater access to higher education, training, and career opportunities for all students by leveraging modern technology.

American HealthTech

American HealthTech, a provider of electronic health records (EHR) for the post-acute and senior living markets, announced that Twin Rivers Health and Rehabilitation (Twin Rivers), a recently launched Tennessee-based management company, has implemented the AHT solution across their organization.


ARRIS, now part of CommScope, announced its tech deal with SaskTel for the deployment of ARRIS HomeAssure solution to bring new high-performance Wi-Fi services to subscribers across Saskatchewan, Canada.
