Lenovo and Intel
Lenovo and Intel revealed their collaboration on joint technology solutions are helping scientists at the Flatiron Institute solve scientific challenges. The Flatiron Institute, the research division of the Simons Foundation, is conducting research using Lenovo ThinkSystem SD530 Dense Rack servers with Lenovo Neptune Thermal Transfer Module technology running Intel Xeon Platinum 8268 processors.
Virginia Interactive
Virginia Interactive has won an enterprise services contract the Commonwealth of Virginia to provide state digital government solutions. This long-term contract allows Virginia Interactive to work alongside the state through the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA) to improve the efficiency and experience of government services.
Avaya
Merchants, a customer management partner specialising in the business process outsourcing industry, announced that the first phase of a global Contact Centre services transformation, has gone live with an Avaya Private Cloud solution. The new contact centre enables Merchants to offer improved services to its current customers, and attract new customers.
Medallia
Medallia, an experience management company, announced that Say Insurance, a brand of Shelter Insurance focused on property and casualty, has selected Medallia to optimize the experiences they deliver in digital and call center channels.
Tetra Tech
Tetra Tech has won a $500 million, five-year, multiple-award contract from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to provide technical assistance for the Energy II program.
Canon
Canon and Atris Technology, an automation solutions supplier for the financial services industry, announced the deployment of Canon’s imageFORMULA CR-120 check scanners across six offices of Citizens Bank of Florida. Canon said Citizens Bank of Florida is using the joint solution of Canon scanner technology and Atris FlexTeller system to streamline workflow by removing the task of scanning items using back counter branch capture.
SDL
SDL, a supplier of content, translation and delivery services, signed an agreement with the United States Air Force (USAF) to provide the SDL Contenta Publishing Suite for Technical Order (TO) creation, management and delivery, which includes support of technical information into predictive maintenance and analysis across all USAF assets.
Voyager Digital
Voyager Digital announced a partnership with Celsius Network to manage a portion of Voyager’s digital assets. Celsius Network’s blockchain technology platform provides members with curated services unavailable through traditional institutions.
GroupBy
GroupBy, a provider of relevancy-focused e-commerce solutions, announced that rue21, a fashion retailer, will deploy GroupBy’s User Experience Platform, including Search, Navigation, Recommendations, and Personalization for eCommerce, to enhance the online shopping experience for its customers.
Bloq
Bloq, a blockchain technology supplier, announced an agreement with ETC Labs to deliver blockchain infrastructure services for the Ethereum Classic and Ethereum networks via its recently launched BloqCloud platform.
