Aspen Technology, an asset optimization software company, petrochemical company IRPC has selected Aspen Mtell software for its refinery and petrochemical plants in Rayong Province in Thailand.

The use of Infor Talent Science resulted in a 10-point drop in the turnover rate of new hires within one year after deploying a pilot of the solution.
