Synopsys
Synopsys announced Samsung has deployed Synopsys’ Yield Explorer yield learning platform on Samsung’s FinFET technology nodes. Samsung will be using the data exchange mechanism in Yield Explorer to share the data required for yield analysis, such as chip design, fab, and test.
