IT deals: Accenture, Sabre, WNS, Serco

Accenture, Sabre, WNS, Serco, among others, announced their latest IT deals or technology deployment for their business clients.

Accenture

Accenture announced its contract with Brandix, an apparel manufacturer in Sri Lanka, to transform its manufacturing, supply chain, finance and human resources operations. Accenture will help Brandix develop innovative solutions that focus on process excellence, productivity improvement, data-driven analytics and the internet of things.

Sabre

Sabre announced an agreement to expand its digital operations technology alliance with Spirit Airlines. Spirit, a current user of several of Sabre’s operations solutions, will deploy Sabre AirCentre Movement Manager, Crew Manager and Recovery Manager to ensure real-time intelligent optimization of airline operations.

WNS

WNS (Holdings) announced a new partnership with GFG Alliance to manage the Finance & Accounting (F&A) processes for GFG Alliance with further opportunities to expand scope into other support functions for GFG Alliance entities.

Serco

Serco announced that U.S. Naval Information Warfare Systems Command has awarded Serco one of three contracts. The contract has a five-year base ordering period plus one three-year optional ordering period, with a ceiling value of $608 million.
