EMC Insurance Companies, a property and casualty insurer, has selected FRISS, a supplier of insurance fraud detection solutions, to use FRISS’ hybrid detection engine to automatically flag suspicious insurance claims. The FRISS Solution will highlight claims with no suspicious indicators, enabling straight-through processing and quick handling of legitimate claims.

PracticeSuite

Claimocity has selected PracticeSuite to deploy a seamless Practice Management and EHR solution for Claimocity’s providers. The partnership is formed in response to the significant increase in the number of hospitalists needing fast and accurate charge capture to efficiently bill their services.

Accenture

Accenture has assisted United Utilities to deploy a digital workforce management solution built on the Salesforce platform, enabling the water company to improve the service to its 7 million customers. Accenture has implemented a solution and managed the migration of 4 million customer records to the system. The solution is designed to enable United Utilities to save £110 million over five years.

Intelligent Waves

Intelligent Waves, an information technology government solutions provider, was awarded a $48 million contract called Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services (EMSS) Global Logistical Services Management (ELOG) from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

Qualtrics

Qualtrics, a supplier of customer experience solutions, announced The Hearst Corporation has selected Qualtrics CoreXM to gain insights into experiences that impact their business.

Vonage

Vonage, a business cloud communications supplier, announced that PensionBee, an online pension provider, is implementing its contact center solution. Customers can use PensionBee app — built on Salesforce – to check their pot size, projected retirement income, and set up contributions in a few clicks.

Microsoft

Genesys has selected Microsoft to provide enterprises with a cloud service for contact centers that enables them to deliver better interactions for customers. Genesys will run its customer experience solution called Genesys Engage on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

Input 1

Input 1, a digital billing and payments supplier for the insurance industry, announce that Magna Finance Company has selected Input 1’s Premium Billing System as the digital cloud platform for its insurance premium finance business.
