TIBCO Software has entered into an EOM agreement with Iron Mountain Latin America, a division of Iron Mountain Incorporated, for software licenses to support its Business Process Management Outsourcing (BPMO) services for its Latin American operations.
The licensed software includes a full stack of TIBCO products for integration, service oriented architecture, business process management, and event processing.
Besides, it also includes TIBCO Spotfire to monitor and optimize services, and tibbr to establish a social communication environment between team members, customers and TIBCO itself, for service delivery.
