Salesforce, a the world’s largest CRM company based in the U.S., was selected as InfotechLead Award 2017 Business Software Company.
Salesforce aims to achieve $20 billion revenue in the next three years from $10 billion plus in 2017. Focus on customer retention with innovative products has enabled Salesforce to set company records in Q4 2017.
The business software company closed more deals in the fourth quarter than it closed in all of 2013. Eight of its top 10 customers expanded their IT contracts. Salesforce doubled the number of $20 million deals. Its $1 million plus deals grew 43 percent.
Partners have played a large part in Salesforce’s ability to be seen as a trusted adviser to customers’ digital transformations. Salesforce generated half of the new business via the partner ecosystem. This engagement from partners helped Salesforce to control its sales and marketing expenses.
Winners of InfotechLead Award 2017 were selected after individual consultation with the following jury members, who assembled at a major IT event in India end of last year.
