Infosys, a global leader in technology and consulting services, has inked a five-year technology deal with the renowned automotive brand, smart Europe GmbH.
The partnership is set to revolutionize smart Europe’s Direct-to-Customer (D2C) business model in Europe, bringing forth enhanced customer experiences, data-driven personalization, and improved customer engagement. Infosys did not reveal the size of the technology deal.
Infosys will play a pivotal role in reshaping the online electric vehicle (EV) buying experience for smart Europe customers. Leveraging advanced Machine Learning (ML) models, Infosys aims to accurately forecast sales and after-sales demand, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers.
As part of this transformation, Infosys will facilitate the integration and consolidation of automotive sales and e-commerce processes and systems, streamlining operations and enhancing customer interactions.
The company will assist smart Europe GmbH in the efficient sale of electric vehicles across 15 European countries using a direct-to-customer sales approach. This approach will encompass various stages, including lead generation, prospect conversion, sales, and after-sales channels, all managed with end-to-end ownership and accountability.
