Infosys Wins IT Deal with STARK Group for Digital Transformation in Europe

Infosys, a leading global provider of digital services and consulting, has announced a strategic multi-year partnership with STARK Group, Europe’s largest retailer and distributor of building materials.
Infosys employeesThis collaboration is set to drive STARK Group’s digital transformation journey by harnessing Infosys Topaz, a cutting-edge suite of services, solutions, and platforms utilizing generative AI technologies. As a pivotal component of this initiative, Infosys and STARK Group will establish a state-of-the-art data center in Denmark, serving as the cornerstone for technological advancements and seamless services across STARK Group’s European offices.

Infosys will adopt an ‘AI-first’ approach, powered by Infosys Topaz, to empower STARK Group with AI-driven operational efficiencies and enhanced service quality. Additionally, Infosys will leverage its Live Enterprise Application Management Platform (LEAP), a cloud-enabled solution, to deliver NextGen Application Management Services as part of Infosys Cobalt. This will drive automation within STARK Group’s IT landscape, with the goal of continuous improvement and innovation in their IT operations. Infosys aims to enhance cost and operational efficiency while facilitating STARK Group’s expansion across multiple geographies.

This announcement follows Infosys’ recent strategic collaboration with Danske Bank to drive the bank’s digital transformation, strengthening Infosys’ localization strategy in the Nordics. Prior to this, Infosys acquired BASE Life Science in Denmark and Fluido in Finland, further demonstrating its commitment to assisting clients in the Nordics region in accelerating their digital transformation.
