Infosys Partners with PIL to Accelerate Digital Transformation in Shipping Sector

Infosys, a leader in digital services and consulting, has announced a tech contract with Pacific International Lines (PIL), a Singapore-based shipping company renowned for its networks across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and Oceania.

Infosys will undertake the overhaul of PIL’s customer portal and implement a contemporary technology platform.

This initiative aligns with PIL’s objective of advancing its “Driving Connectivity” mission, aimed at integrating its businesses across diverse markets. PIL’s web and mobile applications are slated for a comprehensive makeover to streamline user experience and bolster customer engagement.

Infosys will provide a resilient technical framework to support the enhanced functionality and scalability of PIL’s revamped portal. The collaborative endeavor, spanning multiple years and phases, is designed to tackle pivotal business challenges including application modernization, scalability enhancements, and the provision of advisory services on emerging technology and industry trends.
