Infosys Opens Development Center in Visakhapatnam Targeting to Accommodate 1,000 Employees

Infosys has opened its development center (DC) — spread across 83,750 sq. ft. — in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
Infosys software engineersThe Indian IT services provider said the development center will accommodate 1,000 employees.

Nilanjan Roy, Chief Financial Officer, Infosys, said, “Aimed at bringing the workspace closer to Infoscions, this center will further our approach towards creating hybrid workplaces, and also offer new opportunities to the local talent pool.”

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, has inaugurated the development center in the presence of Gudivada Amarnath, IT Minister of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Vidadala Rajini, Minister for Health, Family Welfare & Medical Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Nilanjan Roy, Chief Financial Officer of Infosys, Niladri Prasad Mishra, Vice President of Infosys, and Raghu Boddupally, Vice President of Infosys, and other senior government officials.
