Infosys Inks Seven-Year Tech Contract with Ireland’s Musgrave for IT Automation

Infosys, a leader in consulting and digital services, has entered into a seven-year tech contract with Musgrave, a food retail, wholesale, and foodservice company in Ireland.

Musgrave will be leveraging Infosys Topaz, an AI-centric suite of services, solutions, and platforms employing generative AI technologies, along with Infosys Cobalt, a set of services to expedite enterprise cloud migration, to streamline and modernize Musgrave’s IT infrastructure.

The suite of offerings from Infosys is poised to play a pivotal role in Musgrave’s journey towards IT transformation, fostering technical proficiency and facilitating the realization of its objectives in enhancing customer experiences and supporting its retail partners, Infosys said.

Through the implementation of its Cognitive First framework, Infosys plans to elevate digital experiences and operational efficiencies for Musgrave. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), knowledge management, and cognitive automation capabilities is expected to significantly amplify enterprise intelligence throughout Musgrave’s value chain.
