Infosys, in its annual report 2024-25, has revealed the name of top 10 employees in terms of salary and remuneration during fiscal-year 2025.

Approximately 1,095 employees have voluntarily disclosed a disability, highlighting Infosys’ commitment to inclusion and transparency. The company’s employee satisfaction score stands at 77 percent, showcasing a positive workplace culture, Infosys said in its annual report.
Infosys is also working toward its ESG Vision 2030, with a goal of achieving 45 percent female representation in the workforce by 2030. As of fiscal 2025, there are around 1,25,000 women at Infosys, accounting for 39 percent of the total workforce.
Revenue
Infosys has reported a steady growth in both revenue and net profit over the past five financial years. For FY 2025, the company recorded revenues of $19,277 million and a net profit of $3,158 million. In FY 2024, revenues stood at $18,562 million with a net profit of $3,167 million. In FY 2023, Infosys achieved $18,212 million in revenues and $2,981 million in net profit. The FY 2022 figures were $16,311 million in revenues and $2,963 million in net profit. In FY 2021, the company earned $13,561 million in revenues and a net profit of $2,613 million.
