Infosys, a global leader in consulting and digital services, has signed a strategic collaboration with TK Elevator, a renowned name in the urban mobility industry.
The partnership, poised to reshape TK Elevator’s digital infrastructure, will see Infosys undertake the consolidation, harmonization, and modernization of TK Elevator’s digital ecosystem. This transformative engagement aims to harness an AI-first strategy, leveraging Infosys Topaz — an innovative suite of services, solutions, and platforms driven by generative AI technologies.
Infosys did not reveal the size of the technology contract with TK Elevator.
Infosys will orchestrate the migration of all business applications across North America and major European markets to its platform. This transition aims to streamline application management, fostering an integrated operational landscape and unifying the underlying infrastructure to support a business process-centric approach.
Key highlights of this collaboration encompass a range of deliverables:
Application Management: Leveraging the Live Enterprise Application Management Platform (LEAP) as part of Infosys Cobalt, Infosys will deliver user-centric, outcome-driven NextGen Application Management Services.
Infrastructure Optimization: Infosys will spearhead the transformation and operations of the Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD WAN) alongside existing services such as Service Desk, Data Center, Cloud, LAN, and Workplace.
Future-ready IT Model: The collaboration aims to establish an integrated applications and infrastructure operating model, incorporating Service Integration and Management (SIAM) principles.
