IBM is set to acquire Accelalpha, a global provider of Oracle Cloud Applications consulting, to enhance skilled consultants and new business.
This acquisition expands IBM’s Oracle consulting expertise in supply chain and logistics, finance, enterprise performance management (EPM) and customer transformation. Financial details were not disclosed.
Accelalpha, founded in 2009, will join IBM Consulting. Mohamad Ali is the Chief Operating Officer of IBM Consulting.
IBM Consulting business has clocked revenue of $19.985 billion in 2023 vs $19.107 billion in 2022. IBM in its annual report 2023 said its partnerships which account for approximately 40 percent of Consulting revenue, delivered double-digit growth in 2023 on a year-to-year basis in both Consulting signings and revenue.

Headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, Accelalpha is a provider of Oracle Cloud Applications consulting across advisory, implementation and managed services. Accelalpha has clients across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America, with a focus on distribution, industrial and financial services sectors.
Accelalpha has grown organically and through acquisition. Main acquisitions include Prolog Partners, Key Performance Ideas, LogistiChange and Frontera Consulting.
