Hollard Insurance, one of Australia’s top five general insurers, has partnered with Guidewire to implement Guidewire ClaimCenter on Guidewire Cloud. This strategic move aims to enhance Hollard’s claims management system, enabling the company to provide a seamless omnichannel digital experience to brokers and customers.
By replacing multiple legacy claims processing platforms with ClaimCenter, Hollard aims to swiftly adapt to evolving market demands while streamlining its IT operations through the capabilities offered by Guidewire Cloud.
The implementation also includes Guidewire Cloud Data Access, ProducerEngage, CustomerEngage, and the Australia Goods and Services Tax for Claims capability, collectively providing Hollard with near-real-time access to data.

Within the first four weeks of rolling out Release 2 to their direct partners, Hollard observed a significant reduction in the time required to lodge a claim. This impressive result, achieved on a new system while teams were still learning its full capabilities, showcases the benefits of ClaimCenter.
Hollard’s Chief Operating Officer, Paige Vincent, noted the improved customer experience over the last 12 months since launching the first release and expressed excitement about the ongoing opportunities that ClaimCenter on Guidewire Cloud offers to support brokers and customers when they need assistance the most.

Hollard initially implemented ClaimCenter on Guidewire Cloud in July 2022, focusing on its personal lines broker business. This move aligns with a broader business transformation effort recognized with a 2022 Guidewire Innovation Award.
