Hinduja Global reveals revenue growth, new CEO and strategic direction

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) reported revenue of ₹4,958.8 crore for FY2025, reflecting solid growth driven by expanding digital and CX solutions. The company’s EBITDA stood at ₹811.8 crore, with a 16.4 percent EBITDA margin.

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) added 13 new logos for digital-enabled CX solutions and 12 for HRO/Payroll Processing in Q4 FY2025. The company also expanded engagements with over 65 existing clients for its core CX and digital solutions, including AI, analytics, intelligent automation, and digital engagement.

As of March 31, 2025, HGS had 375 active CX/Digital clients, 833 HRO/Payroll clients, and a customer base of over 6 million in its Digital Media business (NXTDIGITAL). The company’s employee headcount was 18,347. HGS has a presence in nine countries, with 32 global delivery centers.

It launched a new AI Platform technology center in Bengaluru in January 2025. The Digital Media business spans 4,500+ pin codes in India, with 2 lakh kilometers of owned and partner fibre networks and over 125 NXTHUBs across the country.

Hinduja Global Solutions announced the appointment of Venkatesh Korla as the new Global CEO and  Mahesh Kumar Nutalapati as Global CFO, following the retirement of the previous leadership.

Venkatesh Korla brings over 25 years of experience in digital services, technology-enabled CX, and strategic consulting, aligning with HGS’ focus on AI-led, digital-first transformation. Mahesh Kumar Nutalapati brings deep expertise in finance transformation, M&A, and global risk management.

Growing its global delivery footprint, with 32 delivery centers across 9 countries and a new AI platform center in Bengaluru.

Enhancing client relationships, as demonstrated by 13 new client wins for digital-enabled CX solutions and 12 new clients for HRO/Payroll processing in Q4 FY2025, alongside expanded engagements with 65+ existing clients.
