GoDaddy announces partnership with Microsoft and Parallels

Web hosting provider GoDaddy announced its partnership with Microsoft and Parallels to create a new Windows-based Web hosting offering at GoDaddy.

The improved Web hosting option gives customers better performance, more stability and an easy-to-use interface to manage their accounts.

As part of its corporate strategy, GoDaddy has evolved its Web hosting architecture to create a fast, consistent experience for its customers, by increasing CPU and RAM, and lowered the density per server.

Microsoft has introduced Cloud OS functionality designed specifically for hosting service providers with the release of Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2.

The addition of Parallels Plesk Panel saves Web professionals time by simplifying complex tasks such as managing databases, configuring domain names and installing the most popular CMS applications like WordPress and DotNetNuke.

In the coming months, GoDaddy is expanding its hosting platform across 60 countries in 30 different languages. More global customers will be able to manage their entire Web hosting experience in their native language, enhancing the experience of managing a website.
