Gibraltar International bank has deployed NCR and BSG Computer System to deliver the latest NCR intelligent deposit ATMs and NCR software solutions.
The bank has selected NCR SelfServ 34 ATMs which will improve customer experience by allowing staff to interact with customers on other banking services.
The NCR solution will increase transactions through the ATM channel which is available 24/7 in Gibraltar and ensures that customers are safe.
NCR SelfServe 34 features NCR Solidcore suite for APTRA security software and the latest Windows 7 ATM operating system.
According to NCR, its APTRA software on the SelfServe 34 enables a wide range of transactions such as mixed cash and cheque deposit.
NCR SelfServ ATMs with Solidecore Suite for APTRA are designed to defend against known and unknown malware and fraud attacks on the ATM.
This apart, NCR Skimming Protection Solution (SPS) also protects cardholder data from card skimming attacks by detecting and jamming the signal of fraudulent skimming devices and notify the bank in real-time.
The bank said, BSG Computer Systems which offers entire NCR financial services portfolio, was responsible for the deployment at Gibraltar International Bank.
“Technology and consulting services from NCR and BSG have allowed us to disrupt existing banking models in Gibraltar by transitioning routine banking transactions from tellers to self-service ATMs,” said Lawrence Podesta, CEO at Gibraltar International Bank.
Few days ago, Bank Audi deployed interactive video technology from NCR Corporation to deliver extended teller services to its customers in Lebanon.
Last month, NCR Corporation announced its deal with National Bank of Ras Al-Khaimah (RAKBANK) in the UAE to transform its banking services.
