Event management company KTS deploys Deltek’s ERP solution

Infotech Lead America: Deltek, a provider of enterprise software and information solutions, has deployed its ERP solution Deltek First for a KTS, an event management company.

The solution will help the company with better management of its projects, reduce administration time and enhanced services to clients.

For KTS Events, it became difficult to maintain the Excel spreadsheet to efficiently serve their clients and manage all their diverse projects. So it led the company to adopt Deltek solution to improve their work and it offers them industry specific features.

It in turn also reduces the administration time as it does not depend on the manual maintenance of spreadsheet on a daily basis.

“Deltek First will improve how we manage our projects, reduce our administration time and ultimately help us service our clients in a better way. We have used Excel spreadsheets and Sage to support us previously but it took too much manual time for us to run our business with disparate systems and did not support our time-driven business processes,” said Katie Savage, managing director, KTS Events.

“With Deltek First, we get a solution which requires no IT resources from our part and which is fully integrated and supports our project-based business process and growth in an optimal way. We have always kept a careful eye on how we perform for our clients and with Deltek First we get a solution that helps us both in supporting our existing customers and will aid us in finding and working with new ones,” Savage added.

Before aiding KTS, Deltek also helped South Africa’s CPA firm SizweNtsalubaGobodo to manage its resources, projects and organization as a whole — delivering the unified management platform to accelerate its growth through the deployment of Deltek Maconomy.
