Infotech Lead America: Accounting, ERP and other business management applications provider Sage North America announced top level management appointments.
Sage North America appointed Brad Smith as executive vice president Customer Experience.
Sage has more than 6 million customers worldwide.
Smith has 18+ years of leadership in the web consumer, enterprise software, and communication service provider industries spanning sales and marketing, product management and development, service architecture and service/support delivery roles.
As EVP Customer Experience, Smith will be responsible for all Sage North America customer support operations and will focus on expanding Sage’s commitment to all facets of the customer experience from product design to the invoice experience and all touchpoints in between.
Prior to joining Sage, Smith was vice president of Customer Experience with Yahoo where he developed a voice of the customer program designed to drive a customer first culture. He was also global vice president of Yahoo’s knowledge management and online support group chartered to continuously improve the online help experience.
Recently, Sage North America appointed Himanshu Palsule as chief technology officer and head of Product Strategy.
Palsule is responsible for all product and technology development as well as guiding the overall product strategy for the Sage product and services portfolio in North America. He will focus on driving consistency and innovation across the portfolio to meet the growing needs of small and midsized businesses and increasing investments and focus in the areas of cloud computing and mobility.
Himanshu Palsule was previously EVP Strategy for Sage North America.
