Duetto, a provider of hotel technology, announced that Hotel ICON Hong Kong will implement its revenue strategy solutions.
Hotel ICON, a teaching and research hotel owned by the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at the The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, will be utilizing Duetto, a data and a pricing engine, to better manage distribution complexity and drive guest loyalty and profits.
“As an independent hotel, we need to work twice as hard and at twice the speed to optimize our revenue and fully understand our evolving customer base,” said Richard Hatter, general manager of Hotel ICON.
Duetto is expanding and opened its Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore in the fourth quarter of last year. Hundreds of hotel and casino properties in 19 countries have deployed Duetto’s revenue strategy solutions.
