DHCU Community Credit Union has selected DNA account processing platform and services from Fiserv, a provider of financial services technology solutions.
DNA will deliver products and services to credit union so that DHCU can expand the relationship with its member and have unique member experience.
DHCU will add a range of integrated Fiserv solutions to deliver a seamless member experience across channels.
The credit union has replaced its legacy core system and chose Fiserv.
Fiserv will provide integrated solutions like CRM and business Intelligence suite for DNA, tMagic teller capture, Credit Card Management for DNA, and other card solutions, Nautilus enterprise content management, Prologue accounting suite, Vantage Risk & Budgeting Manager, Frontier Reconciliation, Wisdom: 5300 Call Report Assistant and Item Processing solutions.
Raddon Financial Group will provide insights and advices to DHCU.
The DHCU Community Credit Union will implement best practices with the help of DNA professional services team.
