Dell, Intel Capital invest in DocuSign

Dell and Intel Capital have made strategic investments in DocuSign, bringing the company’s Series F round of funding to more than $278 million.

DocuSign helps more than 100,000 customers and more than 50 million users in 188 countries go fully digital, increased security and compliance, and better customer experiences.

Keith Krach, chairman and CEO of DocuSign, said: “These strategic engagements will help bring the power and value of DocuSign’s DTM platform to more countries, companies and customers around the world.”

DocuSign has now raised more than $500 million to date from financial institutions and strategic investors including Dell, Intel Capital, Google Ventures, Sapphire Ventures, VISA, Salesforce Ventures, Samsung Venture Investment Corporation, Telstra, Comcast Ventures, BBVA, EDBI, Mitsui & CO (USA), NTT Finance, Recruit Holdings, and the National Association of REALTORS.
