Infor, a cloud company, announced that Daudruy, a supplier of oils with nearly two centuries of history, has opted to implement the Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage solution. This cloud-native Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) suite, powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), is designed specifically for the food and beverage industry.
The deployment of Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage will be executed in collaboration with LTTD Consulting, an esteemed Infor partner with profound expertise in the food industry. This initiative is a part of Daudruy’s strategic information systems transformation, driven by the management of the company headquartered in Dunkirk, Northern France.
Daudruy and its subsidiaries are prominent players in the oilseed-related businesses, offering customers a diverse range of vegetable and animal oils and fats, biodiesel, and biogas. The company is renowned for its product quality, strict social and environmental values, as well as a focus on long-term sustainability. With a workforce of 200 employees, Daudruy achieved revenues of €520 million in 2022.
With Daudruy’s legacy ERP system in place for almost two decades, the company recognized the pressing need for a more dynamic and modern solution. The legacy system no longer met the evolving requirements of the company and modern commercial practices. Its maintenance demanded substantial resources and posed risks, making a transition imperative.

The implementation of Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage is set to commence in September 2023, with subsequent functional workshops and two implementation phases planned for November 2024 and June 2025.
