Cuscal invests in Fiserv’s Integrated Currency Manager

Cuscal, a provider of payments solutions in Australia, has selected Fiserv’s Integrated Currency Manager, Device Manager and Terminal Connect.

The new Fiserv solutions will enable Cuscal to extend its services to include more automated, integrated cash and ATM network management capabilities.

Adrian Lovney, general manager, Product & Service, Cuscal, said: “Fiserv solutions will help make our device management easier and more efficient and support the growth of our extended network of multi-vendor ATMs.”

Fiserv will provide integrated management solution for cash optimization, incident management and remote management of their large ATM network. Cuscal will efficiently manage supply chain costs, quickly detect and resolve problems by automating the monitoring and management of their multi-vendor ATM network.

Cuscal can also offer customers the option of remote resolution of ATM issues and an easily configurable reporting and analytics solution that includes automated report distribution.
