Copp’s Buildall selects BisTrack software from Epicor

Epicor ERP softwareEnterprise software provider Epicor said London-based Copp’s Buildall selected BisTrack software for lumber and building materials (LBM) dealers and distributors to support operations across the organization.

Epicor BisTrack software will ensure integrated dispatch and delivery management, electronic document management, inventory control tools such as suggested orders, real-time business intelligence, and more to aid in making accurate business decisions.

“Our previous software did not integrate with some of the modules we use—particularly delivery, business reporting, and document storage. We created workarounds and built our own tools to provide the systems we needed,” said David Loughlin, vice president, finance, Copp’s Buildall.

BisTrack software is expected to assist Copp’s Buildall to better serve customers by increasing its efficiency to eliminate manual tasks, gain better business insight, and improve the customer experience.

Approximately 50 percent of the Copp’s Buildall business is delivered—requiring accurate and real-time data to effectively serve customers and keep the business on track.

“Copp’s investment in BisTrack will ensure they have a solid foundation for growth,” said Kevin Hodge, director, product development and management, LBM, Epicor Software.
