Cognizant Wins Contract to Drive Technology Infrastructure Transformation for McCormick

Cognizant has revealed its agreement aimed at overseeing the technology infrastructure of McCormick & Company.

Cognizant did not reveal the size of the technology contract.

Over the next five years, Cognizant is poised to deliver a myriad of critical capabilities to McCormick, encompassing new self-service functionalities, heightened service efficiency, and substantial cost reductions.

The latest technology deal will help McCormick’s in its digital transformation, fueled by sustained investments in innovative capabilities aimed at bolstering innovation, fostering brand loyalty, and nurturing deep personal connections with flavor aficionados worldwide.

Anup Prasad, Senior Vice President and Head of Cognizant’s Consumer Business Unit, outlined the vision for the digital acceleration, emphasizing the aim to fortify stability, velocity, and scalability in McCormick’s IT Operations through the implementation of the Cognizant Neuro IT Operations platform, thereby enabling full-stack observability and an optimized landscape.
