The technology deal will focus on modernizing Beyond Bank’s IT infrastructure, including establishing a Security Operations Centre (SOC), automating patching processes, and strengthening vendor assurance frameworks to meet Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) standards. Additional initiatives include uplifting the End User Compute (EUC) teams and enabling self-service capabilities to optimize existing resources.

Main aspects of the digital transformation include cloud and API architecture modernization and Microsoft Windows 11 migration.

Cognizant will help Beyond Bank develop an AI-driven data and information management strategy to optimize structured and unstructured data. This initiative will empower the bank to provide more personalized services and insights for its customers.
