Cognizant, a global leader in technology and business solutions, has announced its agreement to acquire Thirdera, a top-tier ServiceNow partner headquartered in Broomfield, CO.
Cognizant did not reveal the financial details of the deal.
This strategic move by Cognizant marks a significant step toward expanding its presence and expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem. The acquisition includes Thirdera’s crown jewel, Thirdera University, recognized as one of the world’s largest ServiceNow training platforms. The university is poised to play a pivotal role in credentialing resources to meet the burgeoning demand within the ServiceNow community.
Thirdera’s accolades include being hailed as the 2023 Worldwide Creator Workflow Partner of the Year and the 2023 ServiceNow Americas IT Workflow Partner of the Year, solidifying its position as a leader in the field.
The amalgamation of Thirdera’s strengths with Cognizant’s ServiceNow Business Group is anticipated to offer clients an unparalleled experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This union promises robust capabilities across key ServiceNow workflows and emerging products, including generative AI, thereby creating one of the most comprehensive ServiceNow partnerships globally.
