CloudBerry Lab said NY-based software product and service provider ITX has been able to reduce costs and increase reliability of its backup as a service (BaaS) offering with CloudBerry.

Headquartered in Rochester, ITX provides a range of software product solutions to a variety of small to enterprise level clients.

It decided to deploy CloudBerry when ITX discovered that the platform it was using to provide backup as a service to its clients was not able to scale.

“CloudBerry has brought the reliability of our backup infrastructure to an entirely different level,” said Jonathan Coupal, CTO at ITX.

“Along with its ease of use and simple, but powerful management tools, CloudBerry has enabled us to significantly increase our customers’ trust in the services that we provide to them.”
