Cayan says retailers integrate with Genius Customer Engagement Platform

Cayan has achieved momentum as retailers integrate with the Genius Customer Engagement Platform.

The retailers like PUMA, Harley Davidson, City Gear, Stuart Weitzman, Sam Moon and Cycle Gear joins the list of Cayan Genius customers as the number of Cayan Genius lane contracts has increased 400 percent year-over-year from June 2014.

The company said it has more than 12,000 installations across the United States.

Cayan has also collaborated with Aramark and with this collaboration, Genius is deployed by major league sports teams in stadiums and arenas across the US.

Additionally Genius was the retail payment provider for major sporting events in February and July 2015.

Genius supports EVM payment type while helping retailers to prepare for a major industry change before October 1.

Company officials said new payment types and growing security concerns drive Genius customer engagement platform adoption.

“Cayan Genius delivers exactly this for businesses today, and is also capable of scaling with businesses as they grow and as the marketplace evolves,” said Ken Paull, Chief Revenue Officer, Cayan.

In May, Cayan announced the ease of NFC-based payments to businesses and Android users via Android Pay, the simple and secure way to pay with an Android phone.

Cayan provided their customer base and integrated point-of-sale developer community with immediate access to mobile payments through Android Pay.
