Capillary Technologies, a provider of cloud-based software solutions for retailers, has closed a $45 million Series C round of financing led by Warburg Pincus affiliate.
Existing investors Sequoia Capital and Norwest Venture Partners also participated in the round.
Capillary will use the fund to expand its offerings and enhance products.
The company has also acquired MartJack, a multi-channel commerce provider in Asia.
MartJack works with major brands such as Walmart, Unilever, Future Group, Lulu, Clarks, Body Shop and Aramex, offering its cloud platform to develop online storefronts for digital commerce. It has 30+ payment partners, 10+ logistics partners and 70+ service partners.
