CA Technologies achieves approval of Binding Corporate Rules

CA Technologies has got approval of Binding Corporate Rules (BCR), a comprehensive data privacy and protection framework for the global transfer of personal data originating from the European Economic Area (EEA).

UK Information Commissioner has approved CA’s BCR for use across all of its corporate entities.

The company said BCR permit the global transfer of personal data and harmonize the protection of personal data within the company.

Additionally CA will provide a robust and comprehensive framework for data protection when transferring data to its global corporate entities.

The company has strong data protection practices for employees, customers, partners and other individual’s personal information.

“CA not only creates secure solutions but also implements the highest level of data privacy and protection as a matter of company policy,” states Michael Bisignano, general counsel, CA Technologies.
