C-Zentrix expands Customer Engagement Solutions portfolio

Saket Setu, CEO and Co-Founder, C-ZentrixC-Zentrix, a provider of cloud-based communications management solutions, announced the launch of two new products in its Customer Engagement Solutions portfolio.

The new automated chat solutions, TrixChat and ZenBot, help C-Zentrix users stay in touch with their end-customers 24X7.

TrixChat, a cloud-based chat software app, allows end users to connect with agents over Web or mobile apps. The app has features such as instant file transfer over chat and Chat Barge that helps the line managers to monitor or assist agents.

ZenBot is a new chatbot that helps businesses create flow-based responses. The Artificial Intelligence (AI) based response is very close to live agent experience as it has the ability to understand the context, grammar and semantics, C-Zentrix said.
