NCR announced that Zing Leisure, a Burger King franchise, has selected NCR restaurant technology to improve customer experience and the efficiency of its business across 18 restaurants.
As part of the deal, NCR will provide the company a service solution to manage daily transactions that also offers insight into performance, security and inventory.
The tools designed by NCR will enable Zing Leisure to identify trends, forecast revenues, control costs and optimize store performance.
Zing has installed NCR’s Aloha hospitality software, Restaurant Guard and Pulse Real Time, a cloud based mobile application allowing the management team to see and check daily operations.
“As our business grows, we must deliver great customer service and ensure that we are operationally effective,” said Django fung, owner of Zing Leisure. “Innovation software solutions from NCR will help achieve this by providing the insights, analytics and operational tools that we require”.
Last year, Burger King Franchisee, Karali, selected NCR software based solution to operate more efficiently and make everyday easier for customers, employees and management.
NCR provided Karali with its latest NCR Aloha hospitality software suite, as well as NCR Pulse Real Time and NCR Restaurant Guard to provide the latest SaaS- based mobile analytics engines. NCR has deployed hardware that includes the NCR point of sale and kitchen management system.
Another fast food restaurant chain, YUM! has already chosen NCR restaurant technology solution in August 2014. NCR helps YUM! to identify trends and optimize store performance. These web-based reports helps the chain forecast revenues, increase controls and lower operational costs in real time.
NCR enables nearly 550 million transactions daily across retail, financial, travel, hospitality, telecom and technology, and small business.
