Microsoft India today said BLK Super Specialty, a hospital providing tertiary care, is migrating to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online to enhance patient experience.

The enterprise IT vendor will be providing dashboard views of crucial information about the patient in real time.

The Microsoft CRM offering will enable BLK’s medical staff to make effective decisions, improving patient experience, care as well as the overall efficiency of the staff.

In addition to Microsoft CRM Online, BLK Super Specialty Hospital will be leveraging Office 365 to enhance patient relationship management.

“The current deployment will allow healthcare practitioners to access information on a device of their choice, resulting in a timely response and better patient care,” said Samik Roy, director – Microsoft India.

BLK has already deployed Microsoft Dynamics NAV business management software and Office 365. The current CRM deployment will provide an ideal architecture – a hybrid setup with both on-premise (NAV) and cloud solution (CRM Online).
