Best Buy Mexico has chosen workforce management solutions from Kronos to effectively manage its workforce.
Best Buy Mexico is deploying the new solutions — time and attendance, forecasting and scheduling, budgeting, absence management, and labor analytics applications — in the Kronos Cloud.
Kronos on Wednesday said Best Buy will benefit as these applications will allow Best Buy Mexico to standardize the workforce management solution for all employees across its eight stores.
Kronos will perform all configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and support of the workforce management applications, enabling Best Buy Mexico’s IT department to focus resources on other priorities.
In fact, Best Buy Mexico will be replacing a semi-manual process as part of the selection of Kronos.
Kronos will help Best Buy Mexico further achieve its business objectives of delivering improved levels of customer experience and profitability.
Best Buy Mexico will use the forecasting and scheduling application from Kronos to create accurate schedules and plans based on budget and consideration of weekly or seasonal promotions, events, and trends.
The absence management solution from Kronos will enable Best Buy Mexico to better control planned, unexpected, and prolonged absences, which impact labor costs, productivity, and customer service.
