Aramco Digital and LTIMindtree Forge Partnership to Boost Saudi Arabia’s Tech Sector

Aramco Digital, the digital and technology arm of Aramco, has entered into a strategic partnership with LTIMindtree, a leader in technology consulting and digital solutions. The collaboration, formalized through a shareholders’ agreement, aims to establish an IT services company within the Kingdom.

The joint initiative falls under the Aramco Namaat Industrial Investments Program, underscoring the commitment of both entities to contribute to the Kingdom’s economic diversification efforts. Sudhir Chaturvedi, President and Executive Board Member of LTIMindtree, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, affirming the company’s alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and its readiness to deliver technology-led growth to the region.

Nabil Al Nuaim, Aramco Senior Vice President of Digital and Information Technology, emphasized the strategic importance of the collaboration, highlighting its potential to drive digital transformation and foster innovation and sustainability across the region. He underscored the venture’s role in promoting localization within the critical IT services sector and creating valuable job opportunities for Saudi nationals.

Tareq Amin, CEO of Aramco Digital, echoed the sentiment of excitement, emphasizing the synergies between the two entities and their shared commitment to delivering value to customers and employees.
