Infor, the leading industry cloud company, recently announced that Anne Fontaine, a renowned women’s ready-to-wear brand, has made the strategic decision to adopt Infor CloudSuite Fashion, a comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution.
This move is an integral part of Anne Fontaine’s extensive IT project aimed at modernizing their information system.
The primary objective is to introduce Order Management System (OMS) functionalities, which encompass automated tracking and management of sales, orders, inventory, and order fulfillment. By incorporating these capabilities, Anne Fontaine aims to elevate the overall customer experience.
With 350 employees and sales totaling €60 million, Anne Fontaine operates in Asia, the United States, and Europe. The brand takes pride in designing all of its creations in France, meticulously crafting them in the founder’s workshop located in Honfleur.
The implementation of Infor CloudSuite Fashion will commence in France and the United States, with a planned completion date by the end of 2023. Subsequently, the solution will be progressively rolled out in other countries, leveraging the hosting services of AWS (Amazon Web Services). ELCIMAÏ Group, an esteemed Infor integrator partner, has been entrusted with the responsibility of executing the implementation process.
Bruno Kientzel, the managing director of ELCIMAI Business Solutions, explained, “This ambitious project encompasses various areas and spans multiple geographies from the outset. The initial phase will focus on integrating logistics flows for 16 subsidiaries across 13 countries and implementing international finance for seven subsidiaries in four countries.”
“Additionally, the ERP project encompasses the integration of nearly 50 boutiques, checkout management, five marketplaces, an e-commerce site, product lifecycle management (PLM), a warehouse management system in the U.S., and the digitization of supplier invoices.”
In addition to Infor CloudSuite Fashion implementation, Anne Fontaine is concurrently working on other parallel projects. These initiatives include the deployment of a customer relationship management (CRM) system and the development of interfaces that bridge Infor’s solution with other applications.
Notable integrations involve the C-DESIGN PLM software, which consolidates product development data into a single, reliable interface for monitoring collection progress, the Magento e-commerce platform, Yourcegid Retail Y2 store management and omnichannel control software, and ultimately, a solution for digitizing invoices.
