Altitude Software to supply solutions to Turkey’s emerging contact centers

Infotech Lead India: Contact center technology solutions provider Altitude Software said it will strengthen presence in Turkey’s emerging contact center industry.

The company has tied up with AloTech Technology, an IT services company in Turkey, to deliver Altitude Software solutions for maximizing the business results of contact centers in the country.

At Turkey Call Center Expo, Altitude Software and AloTech will be presenting the Altitude uCI 8, a new release of Altitude Software’s customer interaction management suite, to contact centers in an industry.

Altitude Software claims that the Altitude uCI new release increases contact center’s profitability and impact on business with real time insights, multimedia workflows, campaign optimization and unified social media interactions.

“Our partnership with Alotech delivers solutions for contact centers seeking to execute multichannel business strategies and deliver maximum value in a wide range of operational situations,” said Jose Santos Coelho, vice president at Altitude Software.

Altitude uCI 8 includes new features focused on increasing contact center’s ability to perform profitably, and it delivers significant innovation in key contact center business areas.

“Altitude Software solutions enable contact centers to become more efficient and productive, faster and more flexible in setting up new services and launching new campaigns,” said Cenk Soyak, CEO and founder of Alotech.
