Infotech Leda America: AkzoNobel, a producer of specialty chemicals, has selected Oracle Talent Management Recruiting Cloud Service to power its recruiting efforts.
The world’s largest global paints and coatings company AkzoNobel, which has around 55,000 people around the world, will also dump SAP.
As part of a strategic talent management initiative, AkzoNobel will replace its current recruiting solution from SAP with Oracle Talent Management Recruiting Cloud Service.
Part of the Oracle Cloud, Oracle Talent Management Recruiting Cloud Service helps enterprises source, assess, track and hire the best talent, said Oracle in a statement.
In addition to automating the recruiting process, Oracle Talent Management Recruiting Cloud Service delivers insights to help companies continuously improve talent acquisition efficiency and effectiveness.
Oracle Consulting Services will manage the deployment for AkzoNobel which is business related challenges, especially in Europe.
Currently, AkzoNobel focusses on performance improvements and operational efficiencies in order to benefit from strong portfolio of businesses with many leading market positions and exposure to growth markets.
