Adobe Reports Impressive Q3 2023 Results with Strong Growth and AI Innovations

Adobe, the renowned software company behind Photoshop and other popular creative tools, has announced its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2023. Digital Media Segment: Adobe’s Digital Media segment witnessed substantial growth with revenue reaching $3.59 billion, marking an impressive 11 percent increase. Within this segment, Creative revenue reached $2.91 billion, demonstrating an 11 percent growth. Document Cloud revenue was also robust at $685 million, reflecting a 13 percent growth.

Digital Media Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR): Adobe reported net new Digital Media Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $464 million, concluding the quarter with a total Digital Media ARR of $14.60 billion. Creative ARR expanded to $11.97 billion, while Document Cloud ARR grew to $2.63 billion.

Digital Experience Segment: Adobe’s Digital Experience segment showed a strong performance with revenue of $1.23 billion, marking a 10 percent growth. Digital Experience subscription revenue reached $1.10 billion, demonstrating a 12 percent growth.

Fourth-Quarter Revenue Target: Adobe is targeting a revenue range of $4.975 billion to $5.025 billion for the fourth quarter.
