Adobe India announces appointment of Shanmugh Natarajan as MD

Adobe Systems today announced the appointment of Shanmugh Natarajan as managing director for Adobe Systems India.

Shanmugh Natarajan was formerly executive director, and will continue to lead Adobe operations in India, in addition to his responsibility as vice president, Engineering, Digital Media at Adobe.

Shanmugh Natarajan joined Adobe in 2008 and has been instrumental in leading product development of products like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash and Lightroom.

His leadership has contributed to the development of many mobile and web products for Adobe Creative Cloud.

Shanmugh Natarajan will lead R&D and operations for Adobe India. Kulmeet Bawa, managing director, South Asia will lead Adobe’s field operations.

Shanmugh Natarajan graduated from College of Engineering, Guindy with a bachelor’s in electronics and communication and holds a master’s in computer engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
