Enterprise IT services company Accenture has picked up a minority stake in Liaison Technologies, a provider of cloud-based integration and
Accenture did not share financial details.
Liaison Technologies also announced agreement with Accenture to provide the big data technology platform to develop evidence-driven business models to deliver the best possible patient results for target populations.
“This relationship brings together the capabilities of both organizations to offer clients a complete set of solutions for cloud integration and data management across many industries such as consumer goods, retail, health and life sciences,” said Bob Renner, CEO of Liaison Technologies.
Liaison Technologies already invested more than $250 million in its Cloud Integration Platform. The company has been offering cloud technology since its inception. It believes that it will be natural to move into a role as a Cloud Services Broker and become a player in the Big Data space.
