IT services company Accenture will deploy an SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution for Azure Power, a solar power producer in India.
Accenture will provide implementation services in support of the SAP solution to Azure Power to strengthen its business processes and improve planning, budgeting, forecasting, supply chain and revenue projections.
The new solution will assist Azure Power to ensure effective management of complex business transactions.
Inderpreet Wadhwa, CEO of Azure Power, said: “It is essential for us to have our core business processes automated with adequate controls in place and we are excited to start our relationship with Accenture to manage our growth better.”
