Accenture today said it has assisted Zurich Insurance Group to revamp its new corporate website to enhance digital interactions with consumers and support its digital marketing strategy.
As part of the deal, Accenture assisted Zurich Insurance to design, develop, test and roll out the new website to allow migration of Zurich’s country-specific websites onto this global web platform that has enhanced digital capabilities.
Accenture also inked a 3-year deal to provide maintenance services – as a managed service — for the web content management applications and IT infrastructure that support the insurer’s website. Avanade has assisted Accenture in building Zurich’s website and will also help Accenture deliver the maintenance services.

Zurich’s global corporate website, which automatically adapts its design to desktop, smartphone and tablet devices, is based on a new technology platform that enables the insurer’s marketers to design and launch personalized communication campaigns at scale across all digital channels.
