Accenture has launched Accenture Insurance Customer Insights Solution using which insurers can access new distribution models, with management across multiple channels, including social media.
The solution available in the cloud or on-premises utilizes Accenture Duck Creek Policy as the core policy administration platform.
Accenture Customer Insights Solution combines Pegasystems’ multi-channel and product underwriting capabilities with Accenture Duck Creek core policy solution in a single technology platform.
The company said solution provides the flexible and extensible architecture that enables Pegasystems’ to integrate its front-end omni-channel, digital and mobile distribution capabilities through the Duck Creek Anywhere functionality.
According to the company, insurers can centralize product and policy management and make better underwriting decisions.
The solution also helps to identify product recommendations and deliver those data-driven recommendations to users across multiple channels, including mobile, Web and telephone.
Additionally, insurers can define, design, modify and deploy products to help address a rapidly evolving market by leveraging the Accenture Duck Creek Anywhere technology.

In April, Accenture announced new cyber liability coverage options from ISO are available through Accenture Duck Creek Templates. The insurers can easily create and sell cyber security coverage to customer with newly integrated cyber liability endorsements.
In February, Coverys, an insurance group, deployed Accenture Duck Creek software to support its property and casualty insurance product development and policy, rating, billing and claims administration.
