XO adds new features to myXO portal

myXO

XO Communications launched new features on its self-service portal, myXO.

The upgraded portal enables XO customers to order new services and modify existing services online.

XO has also enhanced the security of customer data through an optional two-factor authentication functionality.

myXO now features a new, intuitive user interface design that makes it easier for customers to monitor and manage their XO services and to better leverage all of the other capabilities of the portal.

“Increasing customer productivity through enhanced digital tools is a high-priority for XO,” said Jake Heinz, senior vice president of marketing and product at XO Communications.

“With myXO, customers can request additions or modifications to services and send secure messages online at a convenient time, enabling them to remain focused on other important tasks.”
